REJOICE!

Today we celebrate.

We celebrate the birth of a child.
A baby boy who was born in a stable.
A child so powerful that He split time into BC and AD.
He was able to turn the world upside down, and His name is the most famous in all the world.
He had no political affiliation, no social media, and no privilege.
No modern comforts, money, cell phone or electricity, yet His teaching is still alive and relevant today, and speaking to all who will listen.
He was the One who came to offer us freedom and redemption.
He brought Heaven to Earth and reconnected us to God.
He saved us from ourselves, from sin and from death.
He came for ALL of us, giving us a fresh start through His love and mercy.
We are not alone.
We are enough.
He has qualified us.
So let us take this day to honor Him.
We have nothing to bring to Him except for ourselves, and our hearts.
Let us celebrate the best news to be known.
Our King has come.
Our Savior is born.
Jesus reigns.
