Rest for the Weary

Matthew 11:25-30

Jesus invites all who are weary and burdened to come to Him for rest. In the midst of life's journey, it's easy to grow impatient or discontent, much like the Israelites in the wilderness. What burdens are you carrying today?

Visualize yourself bringing these to Jesus and exchanging them for His yoke, which is easy and light. Practice entering into His rest through prayer and meditation on His Word, trusting that He provides all you need for your journey.
