Seeing with God’s Eyes

Seeing with God's Eyes
1 Samuel 16:1-13
When Samuel was choosing Israel's next king, God reminded him, "The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart" (1 Samuel 16:7).
This truth transformed David's life and can transform ours too. In a world that often judges by external appearances, God values what's inside.
Today, consider how you view yourself and others. Are you seeing through God's eyes? Ask the Holy Spirit to help you see beyond surface-level judgments and to value what God values. Pray for a heart that aligns with God's perspective.
