SOAP Scripture: Psalms 119:1-32

This week we are returning to the SOAP format, and want to challenge you to take the time to grow deeper with God, really meditating on His Word. This week we want you to wrestle with the scripture, and take notes of any questions or revelations that you get.

Scripture 
Open your Bible or Bible app to your reading for the day. Read slowly, allowing God
to speak to you. When you are done, choose what stood out to you in the verse that day and take notes.

Observation
What is God saying to you in this scripture? Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal what He is trying to teach you. Take notes.

Application
How will the scripture and teachings apply to your life today? Take notes on how this scripture can apply to you, personally, today. It may be correction, instruction, or a new promise.

Prayer
Here we will have a personal conversation with God. Pray for the revelation that He has for you. Ask Him to help you to implement this scripture into your life. Don’t forget to be still and listen for what God has for you, in a conversation, both people speak and listen. Take notes on what has been revealed.

Spend 5 minutes in Prayer
Father God, we love you and glorify Your name. I am so thankful for your love. I am thankful for your forgiveness and grace. Jesus, I pray right now that my taste buds change, not only the physical taste buds but also the spiritual taste buds. I pray that I go deeper with you day in and day out and actively seek you. I need you and I want you Jesus. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
