Spend 5 minutes in Worship
Maverick City Music - Breathe
Spend 5 minutes in the Word
“Then the Lord formed the man from the dust on the ground. He breathed the breath of life into the man’s nostrils, and the man became a living person.” Genesis 2:7 NLT
“For the Spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty gives me life.” Job 33:4 NLT
Spend 5 minutes in Prayer
Lord, I thank You for the ability to breathe. Father, we pray that you release in each and every one of us the wisdom, and the fullness of understanding as to why we breathe. To breathe, is to pray. To breathe, is to worship you. For each breath we take (an average of 22,000 per/day) is an opportunity for us to reflect that you, Lord, are the giver and sustainer of life. Jesus, I pray that no matter how great, how difficult our trials may become, that each breath brings us renewal of hope, and sign that you are still with us, and you are still for us. Let each breath we take be a reminder that you have created each of us with purpose, to love you, and to love your people. We thank you for the gift of life, as we keep you at the center, we ask that you pour out abundantly over your people. Fresh strength, fresh hope, fresh revelation, fresh healing. We ask these things in Jesus’ name, Amen.
