Hillsong Worship - Who You Say I Am
Spend 5 minutes in the Word:
Ephesians 4:30-31 NLT
“And do not bring sorrow to God’s Holy Spirit by the way you live. Remember, he has identified you as his own, guaranteeing that you will be saved on the day of redemption. Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of evil behavior. Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.”
Spend 5 minutes in Prayer:
Father, we come before You today with joyful hearts for the valleys of this life. Your Word is a promise to us that it is through the trials where your presence is felt, and felt more abundantly. Lord, we will continue to praise you through the struggle, for we believe in your promise that it is in our weakest moments that we truly feel your gentle presence, guidance, and love. Jesus, we will continue to trust that you are sovereign, and that you allow persecution for our good, even when it hurts. Lord, we ask for your strength, the strength to offer forgiveness even when the hurt is great. Lord, we ask that through your strength that we are able to continue to pray for others, especially when they bring persecution, for it is then that we will truly reflect your kindness, goodness, and mercy. We ask for your peace to be with us, as it radiates for the world to see and experience. Jesus, we love you, thank you, and we praise you. In your mighty name we pray. Amen.
