James 4:7
“Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”
Galatians 2:20
“I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”
Spend 5 minutes in Prayer
Jesus, I thank You for who You are and all You have done in my life. I need You to help me be the person that You have called and created me to be. I am nothing without You. Create a humble heart within me. Help me to be more patient and to trust You wholeheartedly. Lead me, guide me, and speak to me today. I want to be more aware of Your presence. Empower me to reflect You to the people that cross my path today. Give me the wisdom today to make the right decisions and the strength to respond with grace. I don’t want to react out of anger to people and situations. I surrender my heart, mind, and life to You. I want you, I’m here, have Your way. Amen.
